Shipping policy

I'm so excited to ship my artwork to you! I am truly honored that you have purchased my art for your home. As an art collector myself, I can tell you that art truly transforms your atmosphere. Art brings many emotions to a collector adding joy, interest and color to your home.

Please allow 3-5 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between

5-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 7-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via kathymcgrath.art@gmail.com within 48 hours. In order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you, we must have carrier confirmation the package is lost.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at kathymcgrath.art@gmail.com and I'II be happy to replace your item.

NOTE: you must notify me immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) for a replacement. A replacement will be mailed out at the expense of kathymcgrath.art as soon as we receive the damaged item back.

Shipping is calculated for the continental United States Only! 

Any products shipping outside the USA, will be calculated by destination/location.

kathymcgrath.art is not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
