Return Policy

RETURN: 

All SALES ARE FINAL: Customers cannot return items purchaced from kathymcgrath.art.

DAMAGED GOODS: Please inspect your order upon reception immediately. If an item is damaged or defective through shipping, you must notify kathymcgrath.art@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of said item. The item must be returned at your expense for an exact replacement.

A replacement will be mailed out at the expense of kathymcgrath.art as soon as we receive the damaged item.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: If you receive the wrong item, please notify kathymcgrath.art immediately, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kathymcgrath.art will replace that item at our expense, once the wrong item is returned to us.
